Governance Highlights

In 2022, Megawide made several strides in solidifying our corporate governance. While the Company continued to carry out our New Manual on Corporate Governance, we were also able to reassure our stakeholders of the ethical conduct of our airport business with the dismissal of a previously filed case in June 2022.
